Creating a logo and brand identity for a real estate developer that is somehow aligned with Ghina brand idenity. In this identity we aim to have a delicate balance of artistry, creativity, and business acumen. The idenity of Rihab Hills must reflect the company›s values, mission, and vision while appealing to a diverse audience. The logo must be memorable, professional, and convey modernity, trust, and reliability. With a well-crafted logo and brand identity we aim to establish the real estate developer as a leading force in the industry, build brand recognition, and create a lasting impact on clients and investors.
The Outcome
The logo reflects the company’s elegance and innovation in the real estate development sector. It features a prominent “R” that represents the company’s name. The design of the “R” is inspired by the logo of the parent company, “Ghinah” which creates a sense of unity and harmony between the two entities. The “R” is characterized by sleek and graceful lines, with details that convey the quality and modernity that the company embodies in its residential projects. This logo stands out as a distinctive identity for the company, highlighting its commitment to excellence in real estate development.
Sign System
Our Sign System for Rihab Hills integrates street numbers, building identifiers, elevator locations, restroom facilities, and Kids Area descriptions. It’s meticulously crafted to ensure clear navigation within the community, enhancing convenience and accessibility for residents and visitors alike.
